Description:
It's the unit developed for the ATX Team's Phantom Project.

Since after the war, both the Alt Eisen Reise and the Rein Weissritter must be upgraded to match better standards on front line combat. Because of this, both units were redesigned and upgraded. However, Rein Weissritter was stolen by both Beowulf and Abend, evil counterparts of Kyosuke and Excellen from the Shadow Mirror World and used it against them. Because of this, two new units for the Phantom Project were produced.

The Heilig Weissritter is what supposed to be an upgrade to the Rein Weissritter. But after it's stolen, they have to use Katina's Gespents MK. II M as it's base and the design plans Tasuku did based on the date from Weissritter, Wildfalken and the Angelg. The result is a fully balanced unit that performs better than it's predecessor and adapts it's controls to whoever it pilots. Excellen however suggested to add more special features to the mech.

One of them is an improved Tesla Drive Boosters equipped on it's wings and on it's back, allowing it to achieve high speeds and can travel to the moon in less than 4 hours. Another feature is it's improved rifle, the Testament Launcher, is capable of firing both beam (E Mode) and solid shots (B Mode), resulting in superior efficiency in long-range combat and as an added bonus, it can transform into a powerful beam launcher (H Mode). Third is it's improved armor and it's powerful AB Field, which can repel more beam attacks. Lastly, it's Spit Missile is removed and as a replacement, the unit gains some AI Controlled units called the Halo Bit, which can fire several beamshots to the enemy, creates a powerful AB Field to the unit similar to Nu Gundam Fashion and lastly, assist when the unit is activating it's Testament Launcher on it's full capacity.

Also, Excellen is the only one can pilot it.

Weapons:

Beam Cannon
The Heilig Weissritter fires the energized beam cannon on its left arm.
Divine Arm
A basic sword used for melee combat. It has the same name as the sword used by the Valsion, but it is much smaller and comparably less powerful.
Halo Bit
The wings of Heilig Weissritter's extends and it's back skirt lift up, unleashing it's small Remote Controlled Units called the Halo Bit. With Excellen's control, the Halo Bits attacks the Enemy in a Funnel-like fashion.
Testament Launcher E
The Heilig Weissritter fires countless number of the E-Mode beams, moving swiftly from one position to another so fast that it looks like several mecha, bombarding the enemy with multiple blasts. This attack can hit several enemies at once.
Testament Launcher B
Excellen sets the Testament Launcher to ballistic mode. It then fires large solid rounds at the target.
Testament Launcher H
The Heilig Weissritter summons it's Halo Bits at first then attacks the enemy in a Funnel-like fashion. Then some of the Halo Bits form a shield on the enemy, preventing it from escaping. After that, some of the Halo Bits form a circle in front of Heilig Weissritter and generates a spell circle as Testament Launcher transforms to it's more powerful mode. Then Excellen fires the blast into the spell circle, amplifying it's power and resulting to a more powerful blast. Some of the Halo Bits that imprison the enemy leaves and the powerful shot hits the enemy in a point-blank range making the enemy explode in a cataclysmic fashion.
Rampage Ghost
The powerful combination attack between Alt Eisen Beowulf and Heilig Weissritter and a bit similar to the Rampage Ghost of Alt Eisen Riese and Rein Weissritter. It starts with Heilig Weissritter unleashes a barrage of its Testament Launcher E-Mode and Halo Bits on the enemy. Then the Alt charges its Hyper Beetle Horn and pierces the unit and sends it flying away. The Weiss returns with a few shots of the Testament Launcher B-Mode and the Alt unloads its Icarus Claymore attack. As the Weiss changes its Testament Launcher into its H-Mode, the Alt slams the Revolver Hakken into the enemy and delivers it into the path of the H-Mode's beam. The impact from both attacks is so great that the enemy explodes in a cataclysmic fashion while the Alt and Weiss looks on from away.

It's actually a refined and redrawn version of 's version of the Angel Wing Weissritter. Well almost since I tweaked the gun a little smaller and adapted some of it's features.
